| Acad Component's Guaranteed Bug Free Policy:
Acad Component's software is guaranteed to be free of
programming bugs. Programs are de-bugged prior to release and are
free of all known bugs. If you encounter a bug in one of our
programs please report it to us. We will then correct the software
bug and issue a free-of-charge new release or service pack. If we do
not release a correction for the software bug within 10 business days from
the time we receive notification of the bug, we will refund your purchase
price if you so desire. If we refund your purchase price, then you
are no longer allowed to use the software for which we made the refund.
Definition of a Software "bug":
Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary defines a "bug"
as "an unexpected defect, fault, flaw, or imperfection". We need to
refine this definition since it is too ambiguous. In the scope of
this guarantee, a "bug", with respect to the guaranteed software, is
defined as "a defect, fault, flaw or imperfection which causes the
software to not operate as intended or to stop operating abruptly." |
